1. Promotion valid for purchases made through the Omada Online Store and the official Omada Amazon Store, while supplies last.
2. For purchases through the Omada Online Store, you must be subscribed to the Omada email list using the same email address used at checkout to be eligible for the promotion.
3. To qualify, your order must contain a minimum subtotal of $399 USD in eligible, in-stock Omada products before tax, shipping, and any promotional discounts.
4. The promotional Fusion 2.5G does not count toward the $399 qualifying subtotal. Any Fusion 2.5G units purchased at regular price count toward the qualifying subtotal. Once your qualifying subtotal reaches $399 or more, add one additional Fusion 2.5G to your cart to receive it at no additional cost.
5. Fusion 2.5G must be added to your cart before checkout. The promotional discount cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
6. The promotional discount is applied automatically once all eligibility requirements are met. No promo code is required.
7. Limited to the first 500 total redemptions across the Omada Online Store and official Omada Amazon Store. Limit one (1) promotional Fusion 2.5G per customer.
8. Promotion is valid only for orders shipped within the United States.
9. Offer applies only while promotional inventory remains available and may end without notice once the redemption limit is reached.
10. Purchases through authorized distributors or resellers are subject to their own promotional terms and are not eligible for this offer unless otherwise stated by that partner.
11. Returned or canceled qualifying purchases may result in forfeiture of the promotional discount or require the promotional Fusion 2.5G to be returned or its value deducted from the refund, where permitted by law.
12. Omada reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse claims that do not meet the promotion requirements, and modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time in the event of fraud, abuse, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
