Shipping policy

The shipping cost will depend on the shipping method you select, your order total, and your delivery address. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 within the 48 contiguous United States. This offer excludes oversized, bulk, or heavy items, which will incur standard shipping charges calculated at checkout, and these exclusions will be clearly noted on the respective product pages.
Shipping Area
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
This excludes the following regions:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Other U.S. territories and overseas military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of these 48 states will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Shipment Responsibility
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Signature requirements are determined at the time of shipment and may vary based on order value, shipping address, carrier requirements, and fraud prevention measures.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for the package when required. Omada reserves the right to require a signature for any order at its sole discretion.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost or missing packages.
