Omada Store Terms and Conditions

TP-Link Systems Inc. and its subsidiaries (“TP-Link”, “we”, “us” or “our”) sell products(“Products”) at https://store.omadanetworks.com/. The term “Store” means the Omada Store.

These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of any Products through the Store.

BY ACCESSING OR PLACING AN ORDER ON THE OMADA STORE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. ALL ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES, TERMS, OR RULES ON THE STORES, INCLUDING THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE, THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THE WARRANTY POLICY ARE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE INTO THESE TERMS AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO ACCEPT AND ABIDE BY THEM BY ACCESSING OR PLACING AN ORDER ON THE OMADA STORE.

1.      Order and Pricing

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order and to limit order quantities. By placing an order, you acknowledge that it represents an offer to purchase the products or services listed in that order. While we may send an order confirmation, it does not signify acceptance of your order-it only confirms that we have received it.

We may accept or decline your order at any time after it is submitted, for any reason. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued for any payments already made.

We make every effort to provide accurate pricing and product information. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or other mistakes in product listings or communications. Prices and availability of products or services on our Store are subject to change at any time without notice. Product descriptions or service details on the Store may become outdated, and we are under no obligation to update them.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. For international credit card users, the final charge may vary due to exchange rates and possible foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank or credit card issue.

2.      Shipping and Delivery

2.1  Shipping Charges

The shipping cost will depend on the shipping method you select, your order total, and your delivery address. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $299 within the 48 contiguous United States.

2.2  Shipping Area

We only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Other U.S. territories and overseas military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of these 48 states will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

2.3  Shipment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving shipments. Ownership transfers once the package leaves the fulfilment warehouse. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

2.4  Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at our sole discretion. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your orders.

3.      Return and Refunds

3.1  Refunds

A. Unopened Products: Any unopened product purchased directly from the Omada Store (store.omadanetworks.com) can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided there is valid proof of purchase.

B. Opened Products: Products purchased directly from the Omada Store that have been opened may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • A 15% restocking fee may be applied.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

3.2  Defective Items

Defective Products purchased from the Omada Store may be returned for repair or replacement by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) request if they are under warranty. For more information, please review the Warranty Policy.

3.3  Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Software licenses, digital downloads, or activation keys.
  • Products are non-refundable if they are damaged, abused or missing any accessories.

3.4  Return Shipping Responsibility

In either case of return under (3.1) or (3.2), you are responsible for all shipping charges of returned items and cost to insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

3.5  Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

3.6  Exchanges & Replacements

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

3.7  Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support.store@omadanetworks.com

3.8  Products purchased from a third-party retail store

For Products purchased from a third-party retail store, each individual retailer will have its own returns policy. Please contact the retailer you purchased from to determine its return policy and process. The return policy described in this section applies to Products purchased directly from the Omada Store.

4.      Warranty and RMA Policy

The warranty for the Product is set forth in the Warranty & RMA Policy.

5.      Export Compliance

Products purchased from the Omada Store are subject to U.S. and international export control laws and regulations. You agree not to use, export, or re-export any product or service purchased through the Store in violation of any applicable laws, including, without limitation, U.S. export laws and regulations. Compliance with all applicable export laws is your sole responsibility.
