Program Terms & Conditions

The Omada Trade-Up Program ("Program") is offered by TP-Link Systems Inc., d/b/a Omada Networks ("Omada") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The Program is available to customers located in the United States who are upgrading from existing networking equipment to eligible Omada products. Participation is subject to verification and approval by Omada.

Limit one (1) discount code per individual, household, or business entity. Multiple submissions by the same participant or related parties may be rejected or invalidated at Omada's discretion.

How the Program Works

To participate, customers must submit accurate information about their existing networking equipment, including the device model, serial number (S/N), and any requested supporting documentation or photographs.

Approved participants will receive a one-time discount code for use on eligible products purchased through the Omada Online Store.

Marketing Communications

By participating in the Program and submitting a Program application, participants consent to receive marketing, promotional, and Program-related communications from Omada Networks at the email address provided. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect the administration of an existing Program application or order.

Eligible Products

The Trade-Up discount is valid only on qualifying Wi-Fi 7 Access Points, 2.5G/10G PoE Switches, and PoE Injectors designated as eligible under the Program. Omada reserves the right to update or modify the list of eligible products at any time.

Discount Terms

Approved participants will receive a one-time 40% discount code, subject to a minimum purchase amount of $150 before discounts and taxes. Discount codes must be redeemed before the end of the Promotion Period. Expired codes will not be reissued. Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be resold or combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes unless otherwise stated. Each discount code may be redeemed one time only. All offers under the Program are subject to product availability. Omada does not guarantee the availability of any specific product and reserves the right to limit quantities or substitute eligible products at its discretion. Omada reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, technical errors, or system malfunctions affecting the Program. Products purchased using a discount code are intended for end-user use only and not for resale or distribution.

Verification

All submissions are subject to review and verification. Omada reserves the right to request additional information, documentation, or proof of ownership at any time before or after issuing a discount code.

For non-Omada devices, Omada may not be able to independently verify serial numbers or device authenticity. In such cases, eligibility determinations will be made by Omada in its sole discretion based on available information.

Submission approval does not guarantee final eligibility if additional information later indicates that Program requirements have not been met.

Fraud Prevention & Misuse

Participants must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Any attempt to submit false, altered, duplicated, unverifiable, or misleading information may result in disqualification from the Program.

Omada reserves the right to deny participation, revoke issued discount codes, refuse fulfillment, cancel orders, or take other appropriate action if it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• A submission contains inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or unverifiable information;
• A serial number has been altered, duplicated, fabricated, or otherwise misrepresented;
• A participant is attempting to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent Program requirements;
• A discount code has been transferred, resold, shared, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• A purchase appears intended for resale, arbitrage, or other activity inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Program.

Program Changes

Omada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including eligible products, discount amounts, eligibility requirements, and Program dates, at any time without prior notice.

Promotion Period

The Omada Trade-Up Program is valid through July 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT, unless extended, modified, or terminated earlier by Omada.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the Program including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or use.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Final Decision

All eligibility determinations and Program decisions are made by Omada in its reasonable discretion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
