Omada BE11000 Tri-Band Wall Plate Wi-Fi 7 Access Point w/ Paintable Cover, EAP775-Wall

The products arrived as expected, but the return process has been extremely disappointing. I followed Omada’s instructions and emailed to request a return authorization, yet after more than a week I still have not received a response or an RMA number. I also contacted customer support by phone, but the issue remains unresolved. A company selling directly to customers should have a much more responsive and straightforward return process.

This AP fits perfectly on the wall and has the juice to fill the room. We haven't had a chance to paint the cover yet, but the texture feels like it will hold the new paint well.

Great customer service- resolved my issue quickly

I've been through at least 2 consumer wireless routers in the last 3 years or so. Consistent issues in each, from two different brands, just on the Wi-Fi. I figured there's gotta be something better. I've definitely found it in this WiFi access point. Turned off the radio on my router and this is handling everything we can throw at it. I'm thrilled so far. If issues arise, I'll try to come back and edit. But there's so many great features. I'll likely end up with a router/controller from these guys as well. No more consumer grade for me!

pros: fantastic fast network and better coverage
