Plug and play on a SG2210XMP-M2. Sync at 10 GbE as expected.
Shipping is fast but has shipped ground from west coast so it took several days to get the parcel delivered to where I live in Florida.

Connects my 10gig port nas seamlessly. The sfp doesnt overheat even when setup in a cabinet.

They are working ok for now.
