Omada Store Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
Effective: July 16, 2025
TP-Link Systems Inc. is excited to offer our valued customers and community members a chance to win a $300 gift card to our Omada store. By participating in our monthly sweepstakes, you agree to the following official rules.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or in Puerto Rico.
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
1. Eligibility
The Omada Store Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TP-Link Systems Inc. its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
2. Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is TP-Link Systems Inc. located at 10 Mauchly, Irvine, CA 92618.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, the Contestant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ending on the last day of each calendar month at 11:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
5. How to Enter
There is only one way to enter the Sweepstakes:
Omada Store Newsletter Subscription: To enter, you must be an active subscriber to store.omadanetworks.com email newsletter. If you are not already a subscriber, you may subscribe by visiting Omada Store and completing the subscription form. All active newsletter subscribers as of the end of the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the corresponding monthly drawing.
Limit one (1) entry per person per month, regardless of method of entry.
6. Prize
Two (2) winners will be selected each month (only one winner will be selected in July 2025). The winner will receive one (1) $300 gift card redeemable for merchandise at store.omadanetworks.com. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $300. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The drawing will be conducted on or about the tenth (10th) day of the following month from all eligible entries received for the preceding month. The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following the selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
9. Rights Granted by You
By entering this content, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless TP-Link Systems Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
12. Disputes
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Orange County, California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Winners List
To obtain a list of the Winners, please visit Omada Store Sweepstakes Winner List or mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

Requests must be received no later than ninety (90) days after the end of the respective monthly Sweepstakes Period.
15. Affirmation of "No Purchase Necessary"
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
